The completed work improved overall interior presentation, restored functionality to damaged elements, and provided a consistent, professionally finished appearance across all rooms including the kitchen, living area, bedrooms, and bathroom.

The renovation enabled the property owner to reduce vacancy downtime and confidently market the unit with updated finishes and a well-maintained appearance.
