We are working hard to improve our shipping times. For the moment we kindly ask you to allow 5 to 10 working days for your order to arrive. To compensate for the wait, we cover the shipping costs. We thank you for your trust and support and we will do our best to provide faster shipping in the near future.

If you’re are not happy with your order you can send it back to us within 30 days, no questions asked. Please do be aware that we do not cover the shipping fee for returns.

If your order has not been shipped out yet, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can change your shipping address. Once your order is shipped out your shipping details cannot be changed. Isidorah is not responsible for incorrect shipping information and we do not provide refunds in these situations.

You will be provided with a tracking code for your order as soon as it gets shipped out.

We ship worldwide. In case there is a problem with shipping to your destination, we will contact you and provide you with a full refund if delivery isn’t possible.

In some cases your order will be shipped in multiple packages. Shipping remains free in every case!
